Who we are

What we collect
When you book a call
The booking calendar is provided by GoHighLevel and runs inside a frame on this page. When you submit it, the details you enter go to GoHighLevel and into our CRM. That typically includes your name, email address, phone number, anything you type into the form, and the time slot you choose.
When you email us
If you email hello@viralitynow.com, we keep your message and address so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation. Our email runs on Microsoft 365.
Automatically, when you load a page
Our host, Vercel, records standard server information including your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time. This is ordinary web-server logging and we do not use it to build a profile of you.
Cookies and browser storage
We do not set any cookies of our own. The GoHighLevel booking script does set the following on this domain as soon as the page loads, before you interact with anything:
msgsndr_id- a cookie GoHighLevel uses to recognise a returning browserv2_session_history,v2_history, andv2_contact_session_…_session_id- entries in your browser's local storage, used by GoHighLevel to associate a browsing session with a contact record
You can clear these at any time through your browser's site-data settings, and block them with any standard content blocker. Blocking them stops the calendar from loading; if that happens, email us and we will send you times directly.
What we deliberately do not collect
- The fit-check answers. The revenue range and constraint you select are evaluated entirely inside your browser. They are never transmitted, never logged, and never stored, including in the browser itself.
- Analytics and advertising trackers. As of the date above this site runs no analytics platform, no advertising pixel, and no remarketing tag. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.
Who else processes your data
- GoHighLevel - booking calendar and CRM. Receives everything you submit through the calendar.
- Vercel - hosting. Processes server logs including IP addresses.
- Google Fonts - serves the typeface. Loading a font from Google exposes your IP address to Google.
- Microsoft 365 - email, if you write to us.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the providers above except where we are legally required to.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and booking records are kept for as long as we are in contact with you and for RETENTION PERIOD afterwards, so we have a record of what was discussed. Server logs are kept for the period our host retains them. Ask us to delete your record and we will.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the data we hold on you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, or to object to how we use it. Email hello@viralitynow.com and we will action it. You will not be treated differently for asking.
If you are in the UK or EU and you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to your national data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes to what we collect will be reflected here before the change is made.
