Virality Now | Fractional CGO + CMO

Scale past $500K/month without managing a marketing department.

We build and run the functions between your expertise and the sale: offer strategy, organic content, paid acquisition, creative, funnels, CRM, and sales conversion.

Your marketing still comes back to you.

You are already doing $50K to $300K a month. The offer sells. Your audience trusts you. Growth slows because every important marketing decision still needs your attention.

You write or approve the posts. You explain the audience to the media buyer. You rewrite the landing page when it misses the point. You check the CRM, chase the editor, review the ads, and step in when leads stop showing up.

Hiring another specialist adds another person for you to direct. Hiring an agency gives one channel to a team that cannot see the rest of the customer journey. You remain responsible for connecting the offer, message, content, advertising, funnel, and sales process.

That responsibility is the function we take over.

We become your growth leadership team.

We give you a fractional CGO and CMO without requiring you to recruit, train, and manage a full internal department.

We decide what needs to be built, turn the plan into briefs and campaigns, coordinate the specialists underneath it, read the numbers, and change what is not working.

You join one weekly decision meeting. We handle the briefs, production, implementation, reporting, and team coordination between meetings.

Alex Macksey Fractional CGO

Alex owns offer strategy, positioning, creative direction, funnel architecture, development, and growth decisions. He studies what earns attention organically, turns the strongest messages into offers and campaigns, and builds the pages and assets needed to launch them.

Issy Macksey Fractional CMO

Issy owns execution across content, campaigns, CRM, automation, reporting, launches, and team coordination. She turns the strategy into a working operation, keeps every dependency moving, and connects marketing activity to the leads and sales it produces.

Together, we take an idea from offer design through content, advertising, funnel implementation, lead qualification, and sales handoff.

We design the dependencies before we scale the channels.

Every part of the front end changes the performance of the parts around it.

Scaling ads before the offer and message are clear produces expensive traffic. Publishing content without carrying its response into offer and creative decisions wastes the research. Adding CRM automations before defining qualification and sales ownership moves bad information faster.

We design the front end in six connected layers:

1. Market intelligence

Questions from prospects, comments on organic content, sales-call objections, campaign performance, and customer results enter one shared source of truth. This tells us what the market understands, wants, doubts, and acts on.

2. Offer architecture

We turn that information into the offer suite, positioning, pricing, product order, and unit economics. Each offer has a defined buyer, promise, acquisition path, and role in the wider customer relationship.

3. Demand

Organic content tests messages against the market. Paid advertising distributes the strongest messages to larger audiences. Creative performance determines what we produce next instead of leaving content and advertising on separate calendars.

4. Conversion

Ads and content continue into landing pages, VSLs, webinars, applications, emails, and booking flows without changing the promise midway through the journey. Each step has one job and a measurable point of failure.

5. Revenue operations

The CRM records source, behavior, qualification, ownership, and outcome. Lead scoring, routing, reminders, and follow-up are designed around the sales process instead of added after the funnel launches.

6. Feedback and control

Lead quality, show rates, close rates, refunds, customer outcomes, and contribution margin return to the next offer, budget, message, and campaign decision. Marketing and sales work from the same evidence.

For every layer, we define the owner, required inputs, expected outputs, decision thresholds, and response when performance moves outside the acceptable range. A new offer or channel enters an existing decision structure instead of creating another disconnected workflow for the founder to manage.

Market intelligence → offer architecture → organic and paid demand → conversion → CRM and sales → measured outcomes → next decision

What that means in practice.

Offer strategy and economics

We design the offer suite, pricing, low-ticket entry points, order bumps, upsells, and high-ticket ascension path. We model how the front end acquires customers and how those customers move into the core offer.

Organic content

We research the questions, objections, and messages already earning attention in your market. Then we write, produce, and distribute content across the channels that matter for your audience.

When filming is the bottleneck, we can build an approved AI-assisted production process using your existing voice and likeness. We use it only when the format fits the brand and the audience continues to respond.

Paid acquisition and creative

We write the ads, produce the creative, manage the campaigns, control the budgets, and use performance data to decide what gets scaled, revised, or stopped. Organic response informs paid creative, and sales feedback informs the next round of testing.

Funnels and copy

We build the landing pages, VSLs, application forms, booking flows, confirmation pages, emails, and text sequences from the first click to the booked call. We write the copy and improve the journey using conversion data.

CRM, automation, and measurement

We configure the CRM, tagging, automations, attribution, lead routing, dashboards, and reporting. You can see where leads came from, what they did, and where qualified opportunities are being lost.

Sales conversion systems

We build the application scoring, pre-call education, reminders, routing, and follow-up around the sales team. Setter and closer feedback returns to marketing so lead quality improves instead of becoming an argument between departments.

Supporting builds

When the strategy requires them, we also build websites, webinars, lead magnets, podcasts, partnerships, retention journeys, and search visibility for Google and AI platforms.

How the engagement works.

01

Apply for a Growth Audit

We review your offer, current revenue, margins, content, advertising, funnel, CRM, and sales process. The audit identifies the few constraints that are limiting growth and whether we are the right team to own them.

The audit is free and takes 30 minutes. You leave with a clear order of operations whether we work together or not.

02

Agree on ownership

We define the functions we own, the decisions that still require you, the people and vendors already involved, the numbers we will track, and the access required to do the work.

03

Build what is missing

We keep what works, replace what does not, and build the missing offers, creative, campaigns, pages, automations, and reporting. The order depends on where revenue is currently being lost.

04

Operate every week

You attend one weekly meeting for decisions and context. We manage execution, specialists, reporting, testing, and follow-through between meetings.

Pricing.

Every engagement has a fixed monthly operating fee based on the functions we own, the team required, and the complexity of the business.

Some engagements also include performance compensation tied to clearly defined front-end metrics. We agree on the calculation, attribution, thresholds, and exclusions before the engagement begins.

We scope the fee after the Growth Audit because a company at $50K per month with one offer does not require the same operation as a company at $300K per month with multiple products, salespeople, and acquisition channels.

Who this is for.

We work with expert-led companies that:

Questions.

Do you work with multiple clients?

Yes. Fractional means we work with a small number of companies at the same time. We protect each client's data, strategy, customer information, and internal conversations. We discuss direct category conflicts before accepting an engagement.

Is filming content required?

No. We can work with scheduled filming, existing footage, written content, interviews, or an approved AI-assisted production process. We choose the method based on the brand, the platform, and what the audience responds to.

Can you work with an existing team, freelancers, or agency?

We can retain strong people and vendors. We give them one strategy, clear briefs, performance standards, and accountable leadership. We replace a partner only when the work or economics require it.

Which advertising platforms do you manage?

We choose channels based on the offer and buyer. Our work can include Meta and Google, with other platforms added when there is a specific reason to use them.

How quickly will results improve?

You will see the first operational changes within the opening weeks. Revenue timing depends on your baseline, sales cycle, advertising budget, existing audience, and the amount of rebuilding required. We will show you the sequence and expected measurement window after the audit rather than promise an arbitrary date.

What will you still need from me?

We need access, honest numbers, subject-matter context, and timely decisions when a choice affects your brand, offer, or customers. You will not manage the daily production or coordinate the people doing it.

Stop being the person who holds the marketing together.

Keep your attention on expertise, delivery, and the direction of the company. We will own the work that turns that expertise into attention, qualified opportunities, and customers.

30 minutes. You leave knowing what we would change first and whether we are the right team to do it.
